Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Serve food and drinks to customers in a prompt and efficient manner - Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Strong math skills for handling payments accurately - Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and food service techniques is a plus - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
