Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and menu items
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Excellent cash handling skills and ability to accurately process payments
- Outstanding guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Pay: $7.20 - $7.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
