Job Skills / RequirementsThe Park DuValle Community Health Center Recruiter is responsible for identifying future recruitment needs, designing & updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and conducting interviews. Provides recruiting and administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer which may include post-offer requirements (background checks, physicals, etc.), employee relations, training, and professional development.
