Graduate Recruiter - Health Sciences
JOB SUMMARY
Spalding University is launching the Office of Graduate Admissions with a Graduate Recruiter for Health Sciences. The Office of Graduate Admissions and the graduate recruiter report to the Director of Admissions while working interdependently with graduate programs. The Graduate Recruiter is responsible for representing Spalding University to multiple constituencies, including prospective online and in person adult students, and community contacts. This role will help in the expansion and diversification of Spalding University's Health Science student population and geographical reach. The recruiter will independently develop and implement recruiting initiatives and campaigns to meet application and enrollment goals. The recruiter will conduct a holistic review of university graduate applications. This position must be effective at independently planning recruitment strategies including, but not limited to community college and community partner receptions and individual meetings.
Salary/Hourly wage for this position is $43,000 yearly with a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical coverage, 403b, 23 Paid Time Off days, 21 Holidays, tuition remission, travel reimbursement, cellphone allowance, and much more.
