Job Summary:
Parallel Employment in partnership with a Jefferson, WI manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various aspects of human capital management, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and employee evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment labor laws and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Taleo, Ceridian, or UltiPro
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Taleo, Ceridian, or UltiPro
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
