Position Location: Remote

Pay Band

The hourly rate for this position is $16/hr USD per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Position Description

  • Responsible for the transaction processing associated with the operation of the Customer Service Communications Center and the Field Service organization.
  • Monitoring the notification of Field Service personnel and communicating any issues to CSCC management.
  • Screening and routing of telephone calls from customers and employees, and filing.
  • Logging all customer issues in the Service Management System.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys; update current job skills regularly; ability to perform to defined standards and carry out special work assignments.
  • Work in a team environment while participating as a team member focused on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and training new Customer Service Representatives
  • Help maintain knowledge base.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of call center customer service experience, handling high volume inbound customer calls
  • Advanced typing and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Build relationships. Handle each customer inquiry with Urgency, Tact, and Discretion

Shift/ Schedule:

Tuesday- Saturday 2:30pm to 11:00pmET

*Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
