Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client communication and education.
- Give and receive feedback in real time.
- Maintain safe, clean environments.
- Adaptability to an ever-changing environment, where urgent cases will be taken as they arrive.
- Provide empathetic and helpful interaction to clients, vendors, peers, and managers.
- Have sound judgement regarding prioritization, next steps and in communication with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Function independently and with a team.
- Advocate for the patient while providing exceptional comfort and client service.
- Take initiative.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
