JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The HR Manager is involved in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources. This position plans, conducts, and coordinates the development, administration, and communication of HR programs and initiatives.

We are an established, local company and are looking for someone with 5 years of HR and administrative accounting experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS These duties require an individual that takes ownership and responsibility for the programs under their stewardship:

• Prepare and maintain employee files, records and information.
• Manage workflow processes for new hires and terminations.
• Conduct onboarding with each new employee and complete paperwork.
• Coordinate drug screen/ background check
• Generate employee changes / forms for Payroll and process paperwork.
• Coordinates performance review process for employees
• Create offer letters for employment.
• Manage health insurance open enrollment company-wide annually
• Notify each employee monthly as they become eligible to participate in health insurance / update spreadsheet
• Counsel employees with work-related issues/concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
