This position requires at least one year experience in the vacation rental field, specifically housekeeping support. Competitive salary is based on experience.

The Housekeeping Administrative Assistant role is a hands-on position that will organize and support our PCB offices. This position is responsible for facilitating communication efforts between departments. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and timely follow up are critical to this role. Responsibilities will include a combination of administration and housekeeping/owner service duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Answers phones, checks voicemails, emails and messages throughout the day
• Assisting managers
• Assist with scheduling cleaning teams
• Follow-up to ensure work is complete and satisfactory

QUALIFICATIONS

• Superb communication and organizational skills required
• One year of property management support in the vacation rental field
• Basic computer skills and programs
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekend work required
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
