Pancho & Jane, a brand-new taco spot in Golden, CO, brought to you by the same team at The Eddy Taproom & Hotel, serving Mexican favorites with a rebellious twist. The menu includes a creative spin on scratch-made tacos, family-style sides, cocktails, extensive lists of bourbon and tequila and more.

You will provide expert assistance to the Pancho & Jane's Restaurant General Manager by assisting with overseeing restaurant operations to ensure optimum performance, exceptional guest service and maximum profitability. You will train and motivate staff to provide amazing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically leads, motivates and supervises the restaurant
• Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops, and side stations.
• Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered
• Enjoys multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team
• Assist with the development, training and inspiration of Pancho & Jane 

Qualifications

• Flexibility. This is a demanding business, and we look for flexibility with workdays and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others preferred.
• Knowledge. Familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
• Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
• A qualified applicant is a people person who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
