Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through open and direct communication
• Guide customers through the sales process educating them on products and services
• Work to resolve any outstanding issues related to customer accounts, customer service conflicts, and service issues
• Consistently meet monthly performance expectations and attendance goals
• Communicate effectively with management in regards to development goals, and achievements, clarifying questions, and/or possible conflicts
• Collect relevant customer information such as email addresses, phone numbers, address, and preferred method of payment: must keep all documentation and customer information confidential
• Track and report documentation of client interactions, questions, and sales completed

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Active Listening - being able to read verbal and nonverbal cues, actively asking clarifying questions
• Exhibits superior communication skills speaking with customers in a confident and professional manner
• Demonstrate analytical and reasoning skills through problem-solving
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Actively participate in an environment that delivers the training and development you deserve
• Attend weekly team meetings, birthday celebrations, promotion speeches, and corporate events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
