As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in sharing the badboyboards story and educating customers about the brand! We are looking to participate in multiple various events such as mall pop-ups, in-store events, farmers markets and more! This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves working at both our main showroom and our new kiosk at Park Meadows. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, have excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both at the showroom and the kiosk.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to assist customers with their purchases, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Sales Support:** Assist customers in making purchases, handle transactions efficiently, and meet sales targets.
Showroom and Kiosk Maintenance:** Ensure both the showroom and kiosk are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage inventory levels and restock as needed.
Customer Feedback:** Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Problem Resolution:** Address customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Promotion and Marketing: Assist in the execution of in-store promotions and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: A passion for and knowledge of our product line.
Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
Part Time: 20-30 hours, up to 40 maximum
