Pueblo Toyota is looking to add a Service Writer to our team. Our ideal candidate will be energetic and provide top notch customer service. Our Service Writers are responsible for taking care of our service guests from the time they check in to the time they drive away. This will also include taking care of guests over the phone. Some responsibilities are as follows:

*Check guests in and listen to and properly document all concerns

*Properly communicate technician recommendations to service guests

*Advise guests on vehicle needs as well as products and services offered

*Take payment and review all paperwork

*Provide timely responses to service guests

*Communicate with other departments in dealership to take care of guest

*Other duties as assigned
