Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

- Technical sales experience, preferably in the retail industry

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus

- Strong upselling skills to drive revenue growth

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
