Join our team as a Sales Support Specialist! This role will join a robust sales team to help deliver superior service and drive sales. The Sales Support Specialist will liaise across internal departments to support customer initiatives and to bring products to market. 

This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. 

Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities: 

• Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data in order to increase sales productivity and performance. 
• Evaluate processes and provide feedback or recommendations as necessary. 
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Exhibit exceptional follow-through and organizational skills with customers and assigned accounts. 
• Update data in internal and external catalogs. Create and maintain Retailer Items. 
• Develop Line Review templates, presentation materials, and samples for Line Review meetings. 
• Participate in stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with Account Manager to ensure project items are completed appropriately and on time.

Education & Experience 

• High school diploma, GED or the equivalent required.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications such as Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with the operations and issues of mass retailers.
• Previous inside sales or customer support experience required, with ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Must have superior follow-through and organizational skills.
• Good telephone, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to work independently and within a larger team.
