Pacific Coast Producers, a leading private-label food manufacturer headquartered in Lodi, CA, is seeking a Full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at the Distribution Center (DC) located in Lodi, CA. Candidates must be forward thinking and highly motivated, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately in a diverse multicultural environment.

This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and has potential for upward mobility within the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and manage the employee schedule during peak and off-season. 
• Adhere to and administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement in all aspects.
• Print and provide annual plant rules and forms for all CBA employees. This includes but is not limited to on-boarding, training, and scheduling.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Provide back up for payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Assist in all phases of the recruitment & hiring process.
• Assist with employee inquiries and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with various members of the team on a variety of projects.
• Interface, promote, and strengthen HR relations in a professional and confidential manner with other departments, co-workers, and employees.
• Provide support in all areas of HR.
• Other duties as assigned.
