Pacelli Catholic School in Austin, MN is seeking a qualified administrative assistant / school secretary effective June 2024.

• Under the supervision of the Principal, applicants will provide support to the principal in a wide range of office and school operations;
• coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications and information for the Principal; provide support by planning, organizing, supervising and participating in the school office administrative operation;

maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information; prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities.

Applicants must be friendly and able to communicate with students, families, and staff. Attention to detail, problem-solving and good organization skills are essential.
