Pace Staffers is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced and professional team. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and proven experience interacting with clients and providing solutions to any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers about any problems with their account.
• Manage customer interactions in a way that promptly solves customers' problems.
• Assist customers to verify billing information, collect payments, or resolve service issues.
• Demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge of relevant products and services.
• Answer questions from customers about services that the company offers.
• Prepare and submit reports detailing account activity or service issues.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep calm in a difficult situation and help the customer
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
• Multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
