Experience you will need:what are the top 3 essential skills to secure the interview:
1) Experience in civil land development - experience in retail, commercial & public work projects
2) Excellent experience in project management
3) Excellent use of civil 3d software’s

• Minimum 8-10 years of civil design and management experience in Land Development projects including Commercial/Residential/Retail and/or Public Works. Aspects to include site planning and civil design, and a minimum 5 years of successful project management.
• REQUIRED: Licensing as a Professional Engineer
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate discipline

1. Knowledge of and the ability to apply jurisdictional requirements in preparation of Grading & Drainage, Paving, Water, Sewer & Storm Water Management Plans.
2. Experience in cost estimating, earthwork volume calculations using surface modeling, soil erosion and sedimentation control methods and preparation of drainage, water, and sewer reports with related calculations.
3. Excellent use of civil 3d software’s
4. Technical Report Writing
5. Excellent communication and writing skills.
