Customer Service Representative – Phoenix, AZ
We’re hiring immediately and will train you! P.R.O.S. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team in assisting with logistics and research. If you are new to the housing industry, we will train and mentor you to success.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fun office environment Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Our cross streets are 7th Street and Camelback.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support the team by using your research and follow-up skills to supply information while multitasking. You will work helping maintain spreadsheets which require dedicated support and maintenance. You will also be involved in various projects and assignments and may assist other areas and departments in the company as needed.
What You Can Expect
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

We’re looking for someone who can:
- Maintain elevated levels of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every client/customer/property
- Research availability, pricing, and amenities for various properties
- Enter data and information into spreadsheets to create processes for maximum efficiency
- Establish relationships with various properties by calling and/or reaching out for information
- Make phone calls and internet inquiries with follow-up often needed
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills: 1 year (Preferred)
