Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our Sacramento location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development
- Create schedules that optimize labor efficiency while meeting business needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of the food industry and restaurant operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results

Compensation starting at $70,000 ranging to $80,000 based on experience/competence.
