With five retail locations and a web presence, customer service is our top priority. Applicant must have 5 years of experience, high level of personal integrity along with a strong sales & marketing background.

Summary of Position: With input and guidance from the Company President, the General Manager is expected to set company objectives, develop strategic plan to reach set objectives, maintain health & profitability of the company, provide leadership, guidance and support to each direct report.

General Tasks:

• Oversee finances/cash flow
• define sales & market plans (built around vendor specials/negotiated pricing/marketing plan)
• maintain healthy relationships with vendors
• continually review business & processes for on-going areas of opportunity/improvement.
