Ovation Work Place Services is Hiring a Desktop Support Technician Near Denver, CO
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems
- Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity for desktops and laptops
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Assist in the management of IT inventory and assets
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop applications
- Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory, and other IT infrastructure components
- Ability to provide excellent technical support to end-users
- Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools is a plus
