SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Desktop Support professional. The Desktop Support professional will work with the IT infrastructure team to solve tickets for PC workstations, switches, printers and copiers. The Desktop Support professional will have to prioritize tickets and work to repair, track inventory and deploy new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support professional will assist with computer device administration and maintenance.
The Desktop Support professional will handle computer deployment and computer hardware refreshes.
The Desktop Support professional will provide end user support, license tracking and upgrades/configurations for PC maintenance.
The Desktop Support professional should have an A certification.
The Desktop Support professional should have experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
The Desktop Support professional should have experience with Active Directory.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $35 an hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
