Job Summary:

Using Standard Work Practices, cleans, disinfects and restocks ambulances. Issues vital equipment to crews. Assists with inventory and restocking of Paramedic Division central stockroom. May occasionally drive ambulances in non-emergency mode to repair facilities or fuel pumps to refuel them and drive to other facilities to retrieve equipment. Works as part of a team to prepare ambulances for service in the field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of personal protective equipment and how to follow appropriate safety precautions at all times.
• Ability to follow written Standard Work and additional oral instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and interact with customers while continuing to stay on task with other duties.
• Able to problem solve as situations arise.
• Detail oriented and able to handle repetition and standard work routines.

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Experience:

Typically, one year of work experience. Previous experience might include - fast paced customer service, vehicle detailing, or warehouse and stockroom inventory experience.

Credentials:

Valid Colorado Driver's license required and must be maintained at all times. For mileage reimbursement, proof of insurance is also required.
