Is there a bonus for RBT's? Yes, There is a $2000 hire-on bonus for candidates already certified as well as up to a $2000 yearly bonus!

What does a stellar candidate look like? Mary Poppins vibe, agility like Spiderman, and a passion for children with ASD. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, pass our background check, reference check, and you're qualified to work in the US.
Do I need prior experience with kids? Yes! We are looking for individuals who have experience working with children in a professional setting. This can be anything from past RBT jobs, to nannying or babysitting! You do not need to have specific experience providing ABA therapy, but you must have experience working with children in some capacity.
Who can apply? Those seeking to start a career helping children with autism or those already certified as Registered Behavior Technicians
What is my earning potential? Your starting pay depends on your experience. Our monthly training, weekly overlaps, and valuable feedback are designed to support you and provide opportunities for promotions to earn $18-$24 /hr.
Is this Full-Time (FTE) or Part-Time (PTE)? We are hiring for part-time!
When do I have to be available? Consistently available for a Monday through Friday schedule, between 12:00 PM-5:30 PM.
What does growth look like for me? Level up five times in this role, become a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or join one of our support teams.

Are there physical requirements for this position? Yes, which include but are not limited to lifting at least 50 pounds, playing on the floor, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for long periods. Perhaps you’ll be jumping on a trampoline, dancing, or mastering the art of being an acrobatic all-star (you never know what your day will bring). You must have the ability to work in the client's home where everyday allergens could be present.
