Oshi is a food-tech company developing a breakthrough technology to produce premium whole-cut, plant-based fish fillets, to sustainably feed the world at scale. Our first product is a salmon-inspired fillet, served at select restaurants in New York. As we are expanding, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our growth in the New York food-service channel.

Job Overview

As the Marketing Manager promoting our product in the food service channel, you will lead initiatives to drive product visibility, appeal, and sales through influencers, social media promotions, activations, and collaborative marketing with restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with restaurant partners to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase velocities and enhance the presence of our fillets in the food service.
• Create and implement engaging social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms.
• Plan and execute activations, events, and promotions within restaurants to increase product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to upgrade our website and other resources.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing strategies.
• Support general marketing tasks and any other tasks required to achieve our goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•  2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the food industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience planning and executing activations, events, and promotions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with influencers and restaurant partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for sustainable food alternatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product messaging.
• Results-driven mindset focusing on achieving measurable objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, with frequent changes and pivots.
• A team player open to feedback and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position based in New York, that requires travelling to Manhattan and Brooklyn multiple times a week.
