Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Epicor Business Analyst to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using the Epicor ERP system. The Epicor Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Epicor ERP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, configure, and customize Epicor ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Epicor Business Intelligence tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Epicor ERP functionality and best practices.
• Participate in system testing, including writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the successful integration of Epicor ERP with other systems and applications.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and enhancements to the Epicor ERP system and recommend upgrades or new features as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Epicor ERP, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Epicor ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
• Experience with Epicor ERP implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other database query languages.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Epicor certification(s) preferred but not required.
