We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clinic-support tasks including retrieving authorizations. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our providers, managers, and team-members, assisting in daily office and clinic needs.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include maintaining appropriate filing systems, managing referrals into and out of the clinic, answering phones as the primary operator, directing calls to appropriate department, assist front-office positions with overflow tasking, and filling in for various positions based on availability, experience, and training.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as an Executive administrative assistant and/or familiarity with Orthopaedic outpatient operations, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant will provide primary support to team members for efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
