POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for daily operations of the Warehouse to ensure all Customer Orders are received and processed in a timely and

accurate manor. Responsible for maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment and functioning in a safe manner

each day. Must provide exceptional Customer Service and proactive communication to Team Members on the status of Orders

and in process and any possible delays in shipping.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Responsible accurate and efficient Order Shipping.

a. Process Customer Orders for both Fireplaces and Spare Parts in a timely manner.

b. Be knowledgeable on Fireplace options and configurations to support Customer Orders.

c. Be able to properly customize Fireplace and Part Assemblies to Order Specifications.

d. Package all shipments in a professional and secure manner.

e. Assist in maintaining proper Stock Levels for Parts & Media.

f. Process all Orders with the Scanner through ERP System in an accurate manner.

g. Support other Warehouse Operations when needed.

2. Inventory Control and Management.

a. Responsible for processing Fireplace Orders on a FIFO (First In First Out) Basis.

b. Will assist with Cycle Counts and Annual Inventory Counts.

c. Will Create and Process Assemblies in a proper manner.

d. Will process Warehouse Transfers in a timely and accurate manner.

e. Maintain Warehouse Racks in an organized and accurate manner.

3. Freight and Logistics Support.

a. Offload Containers and incoming Shipments.

b. Create Customs Documents for International Shipments.

c. Process Parcel Shipments on UPS/USPS.

d. Make sure all shipments are properly labeled to the proper destination.

4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

a. Support Product & Freight Arrangements for Trade Shows (3-4 per year).

b. Support Order Team on status relating to Customer Shipments when needed.

c. Assist with Special Projects when needed.

d. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operations.

e. Continued learning and personal development.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

1. Resolves questions and service issues in a timely and professional manner.

2. Customer Shipments are processed in a timely manner and accurately.

3. Customer Shipments delivered on schedule.

4. Inventory maintained at an appropriate level.

Qualifications
- Warehouse experience
- Picking & packing skills
- Order picking experience
- Ability to operate Forklift and Pallet jack
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in materials handling
- Strong attention to detail for quality control
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Experience in stocking and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge for product assembly

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
