We are a growing family-owned cutting tool distributor business that just celebrated our 20-year anniversary looking for an Inside Sale/Inventory Specialist.
We supply cutting tools to just about every type of industry including aerospace, automotive, defense and many more. With this role the primary responsibilities will be to manage inventory of our customers. This inventory is off site, and we use different software programs to manage the inventory as well as pull reports for projects (ie min/max adjustments, usage data, etc). The additional tasks with the position will be inside sales which include but not limited to - processing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders for our customers. We are looking for a team player that can work closely with the inventory team, outside sales, and customers directly.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a problem solver and be able to provide strong customer service and communication skills directly to our customers through phone and email as well as additional traits/requirements listed below.

Requirements and Traits
· Microsoft Software – Proficient in Excel used daily
· Quick Books experience is a plus
· Able to multitask and handle high pressure situations
· Bachelor's degree or work experience
