Position DescriptionAs a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, you will work in an intimate and modern 210K sq ft facility specializing in custom sports jersey manufacturing in Fairdale, KY.

In this job you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the Fulfillment and Manufacturing Center and will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of the Facility, Manufacturing Equipment, Automation Equipment, Material Handling Assets, Housekeeping, and Grounds.

You will report to the Sr. Director Supply Chain Maintenance and will work as a strategic partner with the Operations Team to analyze trends and solve opportunities to maximize the site’s success.

You will oversee 3 maintenance technicians, but this number could grow in 2024. Facilitation of the day-to-day function of the Facilities team includes :

• Performance evaluations to include auditing, training, recommendation for promotions and supporting Performance Improvement Plans.
• Performance management to include coaching, corrective action, suspension and up to and including recommendation to Senior Leadership for separation.
• Training and Development for the site's Facilities Technicians.
• Facilitation of day-to-day support for the sites Operations Teams to include by not limited to : Daily attendance and participation at the sites Production meetings;

System Performance and Downtime Reporting provided to the Site Leadership; Key Member of the Safety Committee.

• Ensure completion of Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Records Retention in accordance with company procedures and standards.
• Diagnose Mechanical and Electrical systems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electrical / mechanical schematics), and diagnostic tools.
• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of the sites Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Building and Grounds, and Industrial Trucks.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), Soft Starts, Servo Drives and Input / Output (I / O) devices. Position Requirements
• Advanced skills and ability in manufacturing, material handling automation, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics systems.
• New projects are coming to the facility every year and as such, you should be a motivated, structured, and an innovative leader.
• A strong military background as well as previous experience with robotics and automations are a major plus!
