The Maintenance Supervisor at the "L&N" Building provides direct assistance to the Building Superintendent in the supervision and leadership of the building support staff. They interact daily with tenants, visitors, contractors, tradesmen, and other staff while performing and coordinating service and maintenance activities. Tact, diplomacy, and broad-based building systems knowledge are essential for success.
