Your mission as an ORACLE Lighting Customer Relations Representative will be to provide excellent customer service that will result in lifelong customers. You will learn about our innovative products and use that knowledge to effectively support customers via phone, email, and live chats. What you’ll do:
- Provide timely, attentive and efficient support to our customers.
- Create a seamless and satisfying experience for each customer.
- Build rapport with existing customers to increase retention.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet call handling and ticket resolution goals.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $19-$20/hr. (commensurate with experience).
