Oracle is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong social media management skills to be part of the Marketing department as the Social Media Specialist. This position is responsible for overseeing all social media accounts for Oracle Lighting. The duties include creating and updating social media posting schedules, replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos and collaborating with other team members to determine how to market our brand and products by using social media platforms.

As an Oracle Lighting Social Media Specialist, you must have:

• Ability to develop and implement an effective social media strategy.
• Ability to monitor online activity across all platforms.
• Ability to create greater social media participation.
• Ability to identify partnership and affiliate opportunities to drive audience engagement.

You will thrive in this position if you have:

• Experience in social media management or similar position.
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management skills.
• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media algorithms and processes to maximize both content exposure and content engagement.
• Measure and prove ROI by setting measurable goals for a new campaign across channels and create reports to track performance.
• Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
• Familiarity with publishing and web design.
• Passion about engagement and social media.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience managing Social Media accounts with positive results.
• Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate.
