Position Summary
The Client Service Associate is the direct point of contact for institutional, sub-advisory, and high-net worth clients and their consultants to manage routine life-cycle transaction needs and ad-hoc requests. The Client Service Associate provides a full range of support for Relationship Managers by acting as a liaison between the valued client and various departments within Boston Partners.
They will act as a backup to the Relationship Manager on assigned client relationships and ensure best-in-class support within a dynamic investment organization.
