As a member of the Insight Client Service Team, this is a dynamic and pivotal role supporting the relationship management and client servicing efforts of our client base. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of institutional & retail clients, have strong organization skills, and a proactive & team-focussed attitude. This position requires the candidate to be able to work independently and contribute as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, strict attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines are necessary attributes for this position. This position will benefit those candidates that are self-motivated with high energy and strong problem-solving skills.
This role will work closely with the teams across the business and will add value by being proactive in seeking ways to create efficiencies and implement processes.
