OPPO US Research Center is Hiring a Marketing Project Manager-Contractor Near New York, NY
- Work with the Integrated Marketing team and User Operation team to create a strategic marketing strategy and outline the tactical roadmap needed to implement.
- Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end while ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content that follows and adheres to project goals and strategies.
- Create and manage a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
- Collaborate on marketing campaign budgets and ensure that all staff stay within budget.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
- Deliver requested marketing assets, and ensure accuracy against products, key messages, and technical specs.
- Assist with carrier co-marketing opportunities including, but not limited to, sweepstakes, events, branding and product support.
- Develop presentations and draft any necessary communications.
- Minimum 3 years of Marketing Project Management experience preferred, or experience in similar Marketing roles. Experience in telecom/carrier industry preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and customer contacts.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative working style and proven ability to influence and manage cross-team projects.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets, while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
