We are currently seeking a Director, Marketing Operations & Project Management to join our Marketing team reporting to the VP - Marketing Operations & Project Management based in our New York, New York headquarters. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director —Marketing Ops & Project Management to lead a team of project management professionals, as well as oversee a portfolio of priority campaigns and initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring key milestones are met in the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects in close partnership with the marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders. The core mission of this role is to make sure the Project Management team delivers projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while fostering company-wide synergies & collaboration. This role will inform the craft of project management and development of new processes for AMCN marketing campaigns and enterprise-wide initiatives from ideation through launch and optimization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning and Coordination: Project manage enterprise-level strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements Coordinate with teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and milestones Anticipate potential project roadblocks and proactively implement solutions in real time Own internal meeting agendas, shepherd approvals and communicate updates to ensure teams are aligned Inform the standardization of internal processes to ensure consistent and clear output Support the development of project blueprints and to inform priority campaigns and priorities Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Train & supervise team of project managers; empower team to lead projects with executive facing presenting skills as well as technical know how to manage day to day of campaigns Build a cross-company collaborative work environment by facilitating effective communication and teamwork, including setting project milestones for all teams, regular cadence of meetings and reporting to stakeholders Foster & maintain impeccable relationships across the company and establish a clear line of communication for all campaign related elements; train team to maintain and foster working relationships across the company Work closely with Creative, Production, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand and improve interdependent processes Budget Management: Develop budgets, report out actuals to ensure proper reconciliation of all expenses; work with operations teams to ensure contracts, SOW’s & vendor payments are executed on time and upon completion of services Work closely with Project Management team to monitor project expenditures and identify cost efficiencies Brand Quality Control: As gatekeepers of our brand identities, work alongside Creative and Project Management teams to establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure outputs meet or exceed campaign & branding goals/requirements Foster collaborative processes between cross-functional teams; shepherd reviews and approvals process QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) Bachelor's degree required. 7-10 years of relevant work experience PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. Proficient in project management tools and software; All MSFT 365 products, AirTable. Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills. Deep understanding of creative processes, systems, workflows, and an understanding of design principles. Team player & leader; excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for building & optimizing processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Must be willing to work in person in NYC Available to work evenings or weekends as required by production or project timelines with little to no notice The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000 commensurate with experience.
