POSITION SUMMARY: The Opici Group is looking for a dynamic outgoing, data driven Sales Analyst to work with a family-owned company and represent fine wines and spirits from all over the world. The Sales Analyst will provide accurate and prompt data analysis and reporting to the sales teams to support decision making, negotiations, program tracking and KPI metrics in line with our strategic plan and deliverables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advanced understanding of Diver data warehouse, business intelligence tool.
• Ability to manipulate and organize data via excel into-action oriented reports.
• Support sales teams with data reports and analysis including sales, inventory, account management and commercial finance.
• Identify root cause of systemic issues.
• Create risk and opportunity analysis based on a data set.
• Product Attributes management and audit responsibility.
• Ad-Hoc requests from your internal, assigned customers.
• Create professional and action-oriented presentation of data via PowerPoint or Excel on an as needed basis utilizing tables, charts, and graphs.
• Diver trainer upon request.
• Ad Hoc project support as it relates to Diver Data Management.
• Assist Corporate Analysts on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced Excel, including an understanding of Pivot Tables, Diver a plus. Basic PowerPoint and Word.
• Advanced understanding of market/brand/sku share, variance and growth formulas.
• Time Management & Prioritization, Analytical & Problem Solving.
• Meticulous, Communication, Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Superior proofing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
