Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of HR practices. The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with HR professionals and other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations in HRIS and other systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-orientated with high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
