Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday as needed
POSITION SUMMARY:The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for client reception, registration and maintenance of medical records.
- High Volume Data Entry
- Answering and routing calls
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Retrieves, files, and ensures that medical records are available for client care
- Document Insurance to client accounts
- Follow office procedures, guidelines and projects as directed
- Any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary
- Creating and scheduling appointments in EPIC
- At least 2 years clinical experience
- Proficient knowledge of EPIC
- Outstanding customer service
- Previous work experience in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35WPM
