Join the Refugee Resettlement team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will enter accurate records in Refugee Management System as a part of the Refugee Social Adjustment Services Program.

The Expertise We Are Looking For

The Expertise We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• One (1) year clerical/ office experience

The Skills and Assets You Bring, and More

• You demonstrate organizational and planning skills.

• You demonstrate success in dealing with a variety of people.

• You have the ability to handle confidential client information.

• You must have Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software.

What you Deliver

• You ensure that information entered into Client Track matches legal document provided by client. Verify that information for clients enrolled in Social Adjustment Services Program is correctly entered into Refugee Management Solutions database. Use computer and printer to scan documents and make electronic copies and verify data entered is correct.

• You assist Refugee SAS Program Coordinator to fill out SNAP/Medicaid applications. You will ensure applicants receive Lonestar cards after clients have been enrolled in SNAP program.

• You perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
