The Supervisor, Case Management is responsible for the supervision of designated Case Manager positions in the Stable Homes Program and Rapid Rehousing Program (COVID), coordinating/updating referral services, and providing input regarding complex cases. Also responsible for ensuring client files are maintained in accordance with agency policies and reporting program metrics.
The Expertise We're Looking For
Associate Degree; or
Two (2) years of experience in lieu of education
Two (2) years of experience in a social service setting or similar setting
One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
Valid Texas Driver’s License

You have experience conducting outreach and presentations
You are flexible and effective team player, able to adapt to changes and a busy workplace environment
You have knowledge and experience with housing issues and available resources
You have experience and knowledge with the challenges of and resources for those at-risk of homelessness
You have knowledge of homelessness and related issues, and poverty-related issues
You have the ability to work with diverse communities
You have excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate
You have excellent written/verbal communication and people skills
You have intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and navigating the Intranet
You have the ability to work under pressure, address multiple priorities and meet deadlines
You have the ability to identify key issues in problem solving and implement effective and creative solutions
What you Deliver
You will ensure precise and accurate documentation of case management services, including client files and entries into the program databases.
You will provide guidance and supervision of Case Managers. Monitor performance, provides training and development.
You will provide supervision of designated Case Manager positions to include regular staffing sessions to discuss client issues and progress, and input regarding particularly complex cases.
You will coordinate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, as necessary, to meet program needs and avoid duplications of services.
You will provide community resource referral updates to Case Managers.
You will perform other duties as assigned.
