summary Local manufacturing company thatis a leading specialty manufacturer of aerospace sealants and adhesives serving aerospace, defense, energy and transportation and takes pride in their dedicated teams and products needs a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist position performs sorting, extraction, data entry of technical documents that contain safety information, labels, instructions and chemical formulas from various documentation sources. Data Entry Specialist duties: Interpret safety data sheets (SDSs) and process work accurately Maintains data entry requirements by following data program formats Proficiency in using Excel and computerized systems for data entry Computer skills and complex sorting/ extraction of data Organizes data in the firm's QHSE management system with high level of accuracy. Scanning and indexing of documents. Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Location: Pacoima Pay $20 can vary on experience required-skills: Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Proficient computer skills ( Excel) Coding High School Diploma Associate Degree in Computer Science or related is a plus high schoolrequired-experience: 1-2 years
