Open Arms Group Inc is Hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Near Philadelphia, PA
This is an entry level position providing service/support to individuals participating in (CPS) Community Participation Supports. As a (DSP) Direct Support Professional you will be providing supports to adults with intellectual disabilities promoting/providing respect, care, encouragement and dignity. You will encourage normal community activities, socialization, independence and personal choice. Additional responsibilities include providing a safe and sanitary environment, assisting individuals with daily living activities, assist with achieving successful goal and outcomes, daily documentation, therapeutic and rehabilitating activities. Any additional job duties/responsibilities will be provided in Open Arms Group trainings.

Tools Needed:
Education: (high school diploma/GED)
-must be 18 years of age
-valid pa-nj-de driving license
-(1) year driving experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
