As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be making a direct impact on the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From assisting individuals with their daily needs to trips in the park, DSP will provide support with compassion for individuals residing in community living arrangement located in Philadelphia.

In a team environment, you will work as caregivers with one goal in mind: making sure our adults lead active and independent lives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, transporting, completing household chores and promoting independence and adhering to PA Chapter 6400 Regulations.

Positions located throughout the Philadelphia

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirement
