You’ll join the Client Services team to provide best in class customer experiences.

As a Manager, Client Service you’ll:
Lead a team of 8 Client Service Specialists dedicated to delivering the best-in-class customer experience
Train, coach and conduct regular call evaluations with your team. Coach and guide team members to produce efficient telephone interactions related to products, technical questions, billing by receiving inbound calls and tickets
Share and understand productivity metrics to ensure daily goals are achieved
Strong listening skills, respect for others’ perspectives and contributions; ability to offer constructive feedback
Qualifications:
3 years of customer service support experience
2 years previous experience leading a team of 6 individuals
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited, not for profit University or College
Ability to consistently meet OKR’s, KPI’s, and/or metrics
