OnTrac is hiring full-time Seasonal Customer Service Call Center representatives! Position is expected to last until January 2023! Start Date: October 24th 2022 Location: Remote (must reside in AZ) Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9:30AM - 6PM (with a 30 minute lunch) Are you looking for a chance to make a difference for others? What our Customer Care Advocates do on a daily basis: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. Availability to work a variety of work shifts, Monday-Saturday. The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution. Strong attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key) Successfully pass a pre-employment background check Access to internet with a reliable connection Reliable access to a PC (or any device that can access the necessary programs to perform the essential functions of the job)
