Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and (bilingual)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Proficient in using phone etiquette to provide professional and courteous service
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
- Sales experience is a plus
